Work of the Week! From Week 2

During Topic we have been learning about what happens to us when we get angry and how we can calm down. Lundi has used his time during writing to produce a great explanation based on our topic focus. This is a work in progress, but it's looking great so far!

How to stop anger

This explanation is about how to control anger and what it does to you.

When you're angry you're blood rushes faster and your veins extend so people know you're angry. Your pupils dilate when you're angry. There are some reasons why your pupils dilate. The most common reason is the dark  environment.

To control your anger you could use  some breathing techniques. An easy technique is 4,7,8. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, slowly breathe out for 8 seconds. You could laugh. It's always good to have a good laugh either you're making someone else laugh or someone makes you laugh. Laughing or smiling releases chemicals called oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin.
